The honest answers.

Why one-time and not subscription?

Because the costs of running Zupport.chat don't scale with your traffic — the AI runs in the visitor's browser, not on our servers. There's no reason for us to bill you monthly, so we don't.

What does "one assistant" mean?

One assistant is one knowledge base + one configuration + one embed snippet, for use on one site, brand, or product. Run two stores? Buy two assistants. There's no per-site subscription either way.

Is there a free trial?

Instead of a trial, we offer a 14-day money-back refund — no questions asked. Build your assistant for real, embed it, and if it isn't pulling its weight, email us. Refund processed via Polar.sh.

Are there usage limits?

No per-message AI cost (the AI lives in the visitor's browser). The standard $79 / $99 plan includes:

  • 30 source files per assistant (up to 5 MB each, 100 MB total)
  • 50 scenarios per assistant
  • 1,000,000 widget loads per month per assistant

For best search quality, keep your knowledge base under 1,000 chunks (roughly 200–300 pages of content). If you need higher traffic limits or more assistants, our Agencies & Enterprise tier covers it — drop us a line.

What happens when founder pricing sells out?

The first 100 customers pay $79 and keep that price locked in for that assistant. After that, new assistants are $99. Existing assistants don't change price — your founder slot is yours.
