Refund policy
The short version
14 days, full refund, no questions asked. If the assistant doesn't fit your site or you change your mind, email us within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund the full amount through Polar.sh.
1. The 14-day window
The clock starts on the day you complete payment. You can use Zupport.chat normally during this window — upload sources, write scenarios, embed the widget on your site, take it for a real spin. The point is to see if it works for you, not to guess.
2. How to request a refund
- Email us at the address on our contact page with the subject "Refund request".
- Include the email you signed up with and the Polar.sh order ID if you have it.
- You don't have to give a reason. If you'd like to share why, it helps us improve.
Refunds are processed by Polar.sh, our payment processor. Typical turnaround is 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
3. What happens to your assistant
Once your refund is processed, the corresponding assistant is deactivated. The embed snippet stops working on your site, and the assistant's data (scenarios, sources, configuration) is scheduled for deletion within 30 days. Let us know if you'd like immediate deletion.
4. After the 14-day window
Because Zupport.chat is a one-time purchase with no recurring fees, there is nothing to cancel after 14 days — you simply keep the assistant. Refunds outside the window are handled case by case at our discretion; we generally lean toward refunding if something has obviously gone wrong on our side.
5. Statutory rights
This policy is in addition to any statutory consumer rights you have in your jurisdiction. It does not limit them.
