Sign up at /auth/register, name your assistant, and the dashboard takes you through three steps: upload your shipping/returns/FAQ docs (PDF, Word, Markdown, or URLs), author 5–10 scenarios for the questions you get hourly, and publish. Copy the embed snippet, paste it into your theme.liquid before </body>, and the widget appears on every page of your store.
